Every in-stock Iragai Pichwai embroidery artwork can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the artwork shown on the website. To initiate a return, please email iragai.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and a short description of the issue.
All Iragai shipments are fully insured. If your handmade Pichwai embroidery arrives damaged, share unboxing photos and video within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Because bespoke Pichwai embroideries are hand-embroidered exclusively for you, they are non-returnable once production has started. However, we work closely with you at the design stage, share progress photos, and only begin embroidery after you approve the final design.
In-stock artwork orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of enquiry confirmation. Custom orders can be cancelled without charge until embroidery begins; after that, cancellation is not possible as artisans have already invested time and materials.
