Iragai delivers handmade Pichwai embroidery artworks pan-India and to the following international destinations: United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and the rest of the European Union. For any other country, please write to us and we will confirm feasibility.
Every Iragai artwork is protected by acid-free tissue, wrapped in bubble film, and crated inside a custom-built plywood box lined with foam. This packaging is designed to protect the zardozi, beadwork, and silk from moisture and impact during transit.
For in-stock artworks: 5–10 business days within India, 10–18 business days internationally. For custom or made-to-order Pichwai embroideries: 6–16 weeks of hand-embroidery time plus shipping. You will receive tracking details as soon as the artwork ships.
Every shipment is fully insured for the artwork's full value, at no extra cost. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please share unboxing photos within 48 hours and we will process a replacement or full refund.
International shipping charges are quoted on enquiry. Any import duties or customs taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Our team will help you estimate these before you confirm the order.
